How can I find out when the practices are?
Practices are currently Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm at Reef Point Marina, Racine harbor.  Please visit our membership page for more info.

Are the people on the boats about the same age?
No, we have a variety of ages from 22 to 65 on all of our teams.

Is Dragon Boating a lot like canoeing?
No, the paddle stroke is very different. You use your torso and back to power your stroke instead of using just your arms.

How long are the festival races?
It depends on which festival you attend.  Races are typically anywhere from 200 to 400 meters. There are usually three heats during a festival race with the top three or four teams racing in the final heat.
